We can't tell you how excited we are to bring Afternoon Enrichment Program to GNS! This is going to be a fantastic school year and we thank our families and community for helping us thrive! Times are changing we realize that our families and many of those in the community need a program that will provide their child with meaningful experiences on a more full-time basis. We have created flexibility with this program to allow parents to choose how long their child stays for the afternoon.
Starting October 2, 2023, Greenwich Nursery School will be offering afternoon enrichment to our students and preschoolers in the community that are looking to for an afternoon play-based, fun learning experience that bring in concepts beyond the daily preschool schedule.
Participating students will play sports, experiment with STEM activities, learn about artists and the different ways to create art, and/or join our 'Music Together' Program. Your student is in for a truly enriching experience provided by our dedicated teaching staff.
We will be bringing in professionals, guests, and volunteers to truly make our afternoons a truly unique and high-quality experience. This is not going to be your typical afterschool care experience.
Students age 3 can join our Music Together program on Wednesdays and/or Amazing Athlete program on Thursdays from 12pm-12:55pm. They are also welcome to stay for play and lunch on Mondays and/or Tuesdays from 12pm-12:55pm.

Students ages 4-5 can sign up for our afternoon sessions for 1 to 4 days per week. We have broken down the weeks into 5-7 week sessions, so you can change the frequency or the days your student comes as needed throughout the year.
Enrichment runs until 2:30pm. However, parents can also pick up at 12:55pm if kids are only staying for play/lunch, depending on what parents choose for the session.

Drop-in students are welcome for certain lessons (always for play/lunch), but parents must let us know the student is staying that morning.
Discount Available: If you sign up your student for 3 or 4 classes per week you get 20% off of the total for that session.

Kids are curious by nature! Let GNS help them explore the world through STEM activities both inside and outside of the classroom. (3pm pickup)

Take art to the next level! Children will explore new mediums and learn about different techniques and popular artists.
Wednesdays: Music Together
Music Together is a worldwide program that runs for 15 weeks. This class provides a comprehensive, research-based music and movement curriculum that will be taught by a Music Specialist, who happens to be one of our own GNS parents. Materials will be provided to parents to help their child continue their learning at home. NOTE: Must sign up for the full 15 weeks that starts on October 4th. We will break payments in half and let you pay half for session 1 and half for session 2.

Thursdays: Amazing Athletes
A professional coach and our GNS teacher team up to provide your child with an action-packed class that includes motor skills, introduction to different sports, starter nutrition, and body awareness.
